Red-Alerts: Real-Time High Risk Email Warnings for HR Leads
Setting up automated, data-minimized notification protocols when managers submit high-risk communications.
This operational capability requires an upgraded account. Read our pricing checklist below to activate it in your workspace.
The Importance of Real-Time Intervention
Line managers often compose communications under pressure, sometimes drafting highly reactive messages that present significant legal exposure. While the review queue coordinates standard approvals, high-risk drafts require immediate, real-time intervention from HR leadership before the message is delivered.
What is a Red-Alert?
A Red-Alert is an automated notification system. When a manager scans a message draft and the engine identifies a HIGH retaliation risk rating, our server intercepts the request and instantly dispatches an email alert to the configured HR contact email addresses.
Configuring Red-Alert Triggers
- Navigate to Settings -> Alerts & Notifications in the Admin Panel.
- Toggle the **Red-Alerts** switch to Active.
- In the HR Notification Contacts field, input the email addresses of the HR leads who should receive these alerts.
- Select the specific risk triggers you want to monitor (e.g., Flag all High Risk categories, or restrict to FMLA and ADA issues only).
- Click Save Alerts Settings.
🔒 Privacy Compliance & Data Minimization
To comply with HIPAA and GDPR data minimization requirements, Red-Alert emails do not include the manager's name, the employee's name, or the raw text of the message draft. The email simply states: "A High-Risk communication draft has been scanned in your workspace (Case ID #XXXX). Please review the dashboard immediately to intervene."
