Thank you for subscribing to Retaliation Check. We strive to provide the highest-fidelity HR wording compliance tools. If you find the service is not suited to your workflow, we offer a transparent refund policy as detailed below.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan (Pro or Consultant), you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction if the tools did not meet your expectations.
2. Eligibility Conditions & Exclusions
To prevent abuse of our services, we reserve the right to decline refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Excessive Usage: If you have performed more than 20 full text analyses during the 14-day window.
- Repeated Requests: If you have previously subscribed, canceled, and requested a refund for the same product tier.
- Charge Disputes: If a formal chargeback or dispute has already been filed with your credit card issuer or through Stripe.
- Enterprise Contracts: Enterprise subscriptions with custom SLA contracts and policy groundings are subject to their bespoke agreements rather than this default policy.
3. Processing Times
Once a refund request is approved, we submit the transaction to Stripe immediately. Refund credits generally take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a paid plan halts future auto-renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund of previously processed charges. To cancel your plan, go to the Billing settings in your dashboard or contact our customer support team.
