Due dates enforce compliance SLAs. In employment law, delays in addressing performance concerns or responding to accommodation requests can be framed as negligence or bad faith. We recommend the following standard timelines:

  • FMLA Return-to-Work Logistics: Review within 24 hours of submission.
  • ADA Accommodation Requests: Initial review and interactive dialogue within 48 hours.
