GDPR Self-Service: Exporting and Purging Your History

How to invoke your right to access and erasure using our self-service data request dashboard.

User Rights to Erasure & Portability

We believe in giving organizations and individuals complete autonomy over their data. In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, we provide a centralized Data Subject Request center for all logged-in accounts.

How to Export Your Compliance Data

If you need to archive your compliance history offline, migrate records, or audit account activities:

  1. Navigate to the Data Request page (available in the account settings menu or footer).
  2. Under the Right to Access section, click Export my data as JSON.
  3. The system will compile all saved analyses, risk ratings, and review timeline records and download them as a structured JSON file.

How to Delete Your Saved History

If you have scanned sensitive text and wish to purge it from the server:

  1. Go to the Data Request self-service page.
  2. Locate the Delete all saved analysis history section.
  3. Click the red Delete all analysis history button.

Note: Deletion soft-deletes the records immediately, removing them from all standard dashboard views. A secure audit record of the deletion action is logged in our system to maintain corporate review integrity while ensuring compliance text is purged.
